By accessing and using the EXP Wallet application and website (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

EXP provides a secure, non-custodial and custodial hybrid cryptocurrency wallet that allows users to send, receive, and convert digital assets across multiple supported blockchain networks. We are not a bank, and digital assets are not insured by any government entity.

3. User Responsibilities & Security

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, biometrics, and any device-bound session information.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the KYC verification process.
• Network Choice: You acknowledge that sending assets on the wrong network will result in permanent loss. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the correct network is selected before initiating any transfer.

4. Compliance and KYC

Access to certain features of the Service requires successful completion of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or limit functionality if identity verification fails or if we suspect illegal activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

EXP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
